On the afternoon of October 30, 2025, Ningbo Nengzhiguang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. successfully held a postdoctoral research evaluation report meeting at Zhejiang Innovation Center.

The experts who attended this report meeting included Professor Chen Hongzheng from Zhejiang University, Professor Wang Wenjun from Zhejiang University, Professor Luo Yunjie from Ningbo University, Professor Peng Zhenbo from Ningbo Polytechnic University, and Dr. Zhang Farao, Chief executive of Nengzhiguang. In addition, relevant leaders from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Beilun District and Dr. Xuan Zairong, Director of Nengzhiguang New Materials Research Institute, were also attended this meeting.

At the meeting, two newly recruited doctors, Yu Jinshuo and Wang Xiaosa, delivered their project proposal reports in turn. They elaborated systematically on their respective research topics, covering aspects such as the basis of project establishment, research objectives, technological routes, innovation points, and expected results. The research directions of them are both at the forefront of the industry, demonstrating solid professional foundations and clear research ideas. The potential of innovation and application for their projects were unanimously affirmed by the evaluation experts. After comprehensive evaluation by the expert group, both of the two doctors successfully passed the admission assessment.

Up to now, the Post-doctoral Research Station of Ningbo Nengzhiguang New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. has recruited 19 postdoctoral fellows, 16 of whom have successfully completed their research. As a key platform for cultivating core scientific and technological forces built by MaterChem, the Nengzhiguang Postdoctoral Research Station has continuously injected intellectual energy into the innovative development, playing a crucial supporting role in cultivating reserve talents and enhancing scientific research strength. In the future, MaterChem will continue to rely on this national platform to further deepen the integration of industry, academia and research, improve the postdoctoral cultivating system, and attract more outstanding young scientific and technological talents to join.
